• Fabrication and installation of new ash hoppers for the Number 10 Boiler
• Inspection and repair to casing and buck-stays for the Number 10 Boiler under Phoenix's R stamp
• Modifications to hog fuel material handling system, including structural modifications and installation of new idlers, drives and gearboxes
• Installation of a 120' x 4' x 18" retaining wall and footing for hog fuel storage
• Installation of an 80' x 80' x 12" slab for hog fuel storage
