Service Provided

• Project required pouring foundations for a new, grass-roots Spiral Tube Mill manufacturing facility. Building footprint was 260,000 square feet.
  Work included:
  • Installation of concrete foundations for two forming mills, surge tables, hydrostatic tester, x-ray inspection tables, quench pits, transfer conveyors, and U-T inspection tables
  • Formwork included both engineered form systems and lumber systems
  • Installed more than 6,000 anchor bolts for mechanical equipment and 100,000 pounds of pre-fabricated metal embeds
  • Poured 195,000 SF of 6" and 12" reinforced concrete slabs
  • Poured more than 13,000 cubic yards of 4,000 PSI concrete for slabs and foundations
