Service Provided

• Phoenix Industrial provided design/build construction services for a new 45’ x 100’ warehouse storage building. Our construction disciplines included civil, concrete, structural steel, electrical services to.
  Our scope included:
  • Demolition and excavation of 500 cubic yards of soil, and installation of compacted backfill.
  • Installation of 350 cubic yards of concrete for footings, grade beams and concrete floor.
  • Supply and installation of 45’ x 90’ x 28’ pre-engineered metal building.
  • Supply and installation of 25’ x 45’ x 15’ high mezzanine platform.
  • Installation of electrical ground system, lights and outlets.
  • Installation of fire water protection system, heating and insulation for the building.
  • Installation of electrical ground system, overhead crane power, and area lighting.
