STEELSCAPE — PLANT MAINTENANCE Kalama, Washington

Service Provided

• Phoenix Industrial has completed several plant maintenance projects for client. Work included: for the past two years.
  Work included:
  • Installation of new oil skimmer for exhaust stack
  • Cut the top three feet off existing 48"-diameter exhaust stack using a plasma cutter. Top of stack 100' above ground elevation
  • Weld mating flange to existing exhaust stack
  • Install oil skimmer, 200 LF of 3"-carbon steel piping to oil collection system, and 300 LF of 2"-carbon steel piping for new boiler economizer
  • Weld mating flange to existing boiler stack
  • Installation of new economizer on existing stack located 75' above ground elevation
