Service Provided

• Phoenix Industrial was the general contractor for the complete replacement of a dust collection system for client's lime crushing plant.
  Work included:
  • Project management, including scheduling, procurement and expediting of capital equipment
  • Demolition of existing dust collection system in a ten-story crushing building
  • Fabrication and installation of dust collection piping, ranging in size from 3"-diameter to 24"-diameter
  • Installation of engineered supports, dust collection pick-up points, rotary valves, and a 15' x 30' x 3' foundation for a new baghouse
  • Installed, leveled and aligned 25 HP motor for new baghouse
  • Installed new baghouse
