LUCKY FRIDAY MILL EXPANSION Mullen, Idaho

Service Provided

• Phoenix Industrial provided structural, mechanical, piping and electrical services for expansion of mill production capabilities for silver mine operation.
  Work included:
  • Supply and installation of more than 20 tons of structural steel for support platforms around column cells and float cells
  • Set, leveled and aligned conveyor equipment for crusher, sampling station and cyclone
  • Set, leveled and grouted two 6'-diameter x 75'-high column cells
  • Set, leveled and aligned 24 floatation tanks
  • Completed major installations while mill remained operational
  • Completed all tie-in work during a seven-day shutdown. A total of 50 personnel worked around the clock to complete shutdown on time.
