Phoenix Industrial has completed four separate piping projects for this client:

• SAVE-ALL Piping
  • Fabrication and installation of approximately 1,200 LF of Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe above the SAVE-ALL tank. Pipe sizes ranged from 2" diameter to 8" diameter
  • Work completed in an approximately 60' elevated position. Extensive manual rigging was utilized due to limited equipment access
  • Performed more than 600 diameter-inches of field welding using TIG process

• DAF Filter Piping
  • Fabrication and installation of approximately 1,200 LF of Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe for new filtration system. Pipe sizes ranged from 1" diameter to 10" diameter

• COATING Machine Piping
  • Installed pre-fabricated pipe spools for new coating process
  • Installed 1,000 LF of Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe
  • Performed more than 600 diameter-inches of field welding utilizing TIG process

• Steam Plant Piping
  • Fabrication and installation of more than 900 LF of low-pressure steam and condensate piping. Pipe sizes ranged from 2" diameter to 6" diameter
  • Pipe material included Schedule 80 carbon steel and schedule 10 stainless steel
  • Work included utilization of Phoenix's PP stamp
