Kinross Round Mountain Gold Hill Refinery

At Phoenix, we consider this our “miles of piping” project having installed 6 miles of piping upon completion. This project included engineering services, concrete, structural steel, equipment, piping and electrical for the relocation of an existing 6,000 ton COP reclaim tunnel, 300 ton radial stacker, and approximately 4,000 LF of 48” and 60” conveyor at this existing gold mine facility. Accompanying the relocation was the installation of 32,000-LF of buried HDPE and PVC process piping. The material handling project included new tunnels, feeders, dust collection and electrical design and installation.
