Linde Air Separation Unit

Chemical

Phoenix Industrial safely and successfully built another Air Separation Unit (ASU) for longtime client, Linde, at Intel Ronler Acres. We built an elaborate underground power and communication systems, including the 15,000 KVA transformer. We built the structural concrete components throughout the plant, including a 60’ tall silencer tower, the 750 CY monolithic cold box foundation, and safely installed 20” diameter cooling water piping at the bottom of an 18’ deep trench. One of the unique components on this ASU was the massive flat bottom tank concrete structure with precise tolerances. Phoenix built this elevated slab over the top of sheer walls/columns and a 4’ thick pile cap, which encapsulated augercast piles.
